Sacred Yearning Meditation

Reflecting a devotion to spirit, art, and being, Sacred Yearning is essentially the yearning for the Divine and to discover all that we already are. We can allow this light to shine without distraction or diversion. It’s about just being you and finding celebration in that discovery! “Sacred Yearning” conveys a sense of calm, energy, and spiritual uplift, blending all elements in harmony to create a transcendent listening experience.

Lyrics (Ancient Sanskrit):

Raano, aavo, raakho more vachan ki laaj.

More naina tarse hain,

dekhan tori soorat,

more saaware sartaaj.

English meaning:

Raano (My lord), please come and uphold the honour of my promise.

My eyes long to see your face —

you, my beloved, my crowned one

( “Saaware” — God or Krishna, the one who represents the Divine).

Leaves, Streams & Clouds Meditation

The messages hidden within nature and our relationship with her is so very compelling. Sitting by a stream, reading and feeling the sacred stories and feelings within the leaves, the shape of the clouds, all pointing to the truth of our seeking, and the beauty that is here, within and around each of us.

Daily Gratitude Prayer

These words and wishes are the very words I recite each and every morning as I begin my day. The power of gratitude is immense, and is evidenced in every day life. As you feel and express gratitude, more joyful wishes come to join your journey. Complaints are treated in the very same manner - what you complain about will persist and grow, likely in both intensity and size.

As everyone, my life is filled with “good” and “bad” events, people, things,… That Is a natural guarantee in our human lives. How we deal with these, receive and respond, react and replay, or just flow, brings us our “reality”. I’ve seen and lived this so very many times. And now I find that since reciting this prayer every day, and it amplifying my appreciation and joy for what I already have, the miracles, or miracles as I see and feel them, keep coming.

I don’t mean to say that everyone should use my words, although please feel free if they speak to you. Your own words, perhaps variations of mine, or completely new and much more You, that’s perfect.

I just wanted to share a little joy I’ve been able to uncover in my little world on my large journey here with you all. I hope it brings you even a little bit of comfort and peace. Namaste
